I’m an educator who happens to sell real estate.

My name is Ryan Renner. I’ve been a real estate agent in Omaha for over ten years. I help buyers, sellers, and a lot of people moving here from somewhere else.

I don’t do sales pitches. I just tell you what’s actually going on. I’m not going to tell you what you want to hear. I’m going to tell you what’s true.

Ryan Renner - Omaha Real Estate Agent

My name is Ryan Renner. I’ve been a real estate agent in Omaha for over ten years. I help buyers, sellers, and a lot of people moving here from somewhere else.

I don’t do sales pitches. I just tell you what’s actually going on. I’m not going to tell you what you want to hear. I’m going to tell you what’s true.

I’m here to help you make the right decision. But once you’re ready to move forward, I’ll negotiate hard and protect your interests above everything else. There’s a difference between being pushy with clients and being aggressive for them.

How I work

Honest, not pushy

If you’re looking for a pushy, aggressive agent who’s going to hustle you into a decision, I’m not your guy. I’m here to help you make the right decision.

Aggressive for you

Once you’re ready to move forward, I’ll negotiate hard and protect your interests above everything else. There’s a difference between being pushy with clients and being aggressive for them.

Education first

My job is to help you make the best, most informed decision — about homes, neighborhoods, timing, and whether buying or renting is right for you.

It’s just me — on purpose.

If you work with me, you work with me — not an assistant who passes messages back and forth, and not a team member you’ve never met.

I used to run a team, but I’ve found that I do better work when I’m working directly with clients one-on-one. I like knowing what’s happening on every deal I’m involved in.

That said, I do have trusted agents I can call on if I’m traveling or have a prior commitment. If you need someone to show a home, do a final walkthrough, or be there for an inspection and I can’t be there myself, I’ll make sure you’re covered. I also have an assistant who serves as a second set of eyes — someone to catch anything I might miss.

While it’s a small operation, it’s not a one-man band with no backup.

The words matter.

How I talk about houses tells you how I’ll represent you.

Phrases you’ll never hear from me:

  • ✕ “You need to buy this house.”
  • ✕ “You’d be crazy not to write an offer on this house.”
  • ✕ “Opportunities like this never come around.”
  • ✕ “This house is perfect for you.”

You might hear:

  • ✓ “I don’t have a good feeling about this house.”
  • ✓ “This house just doesn’t seem right.”
  • ✓ “I wouldn’t buy this house.”

Please Reach out.
Even If You’re Not Ready.

A lot of people don’t reach out because they are worried about wasting my time. Don’t worry about that. If you’re not ready, that’s fine. Most people aren’t when they first reach out.

If you have questions about the Omaha area, a neighborhood, the process, whatever it is, reach out.

And I promise our conversation won’t come with any sales pitch about hiring me as an agent.
